Anyone can take pictures. And you can get a camera at a 7-11 for $3.99. With disposable cameras, cheap point-and-shoot digital pocket cameras, and cell phone cameras, more people are taking pictures than ever before. But quantity doesn't equal quality, and most of these pictures are interesting only to the people who take them.

Great photos are rare. You know it when you see them, because of the feeling you get. That tingle of excitement, that jolt to your brain. They come from a photographer with great vision. A new point of view.

That's the kind of photos I take. Images that make you stop and see something different. That's what it's all about.

I've taken thousands of photos, and I know what it takes to get one stunning image. I shot eight models for a new clothing line and in one afternoon I took 459 shots. 125 were great. Five were stunning.

And one made it all worthwhile.

I shoot all digital, so film cost and developing are never an issue. And I have the goods to get the job done.

But anybody can go to Best Buy with a credit card and buy the equipment. And most of them will still get average pictures, because the camera, no matter how expensive, doesn't make the difference.

The difference is the photographer's point of view.
